Welcome to the 2016/2017 Aerials competition season! Your daughters have worked very hard to earn the chance to participate in the meets and we wish everyone a fun and healthy competitive season. Below this form is additional information for you to read.
Meet Fee Payments
In order to register for meets, the AAPA pays meet entry fees to the host gyms early in the season in order to secure a spot for our team. When we make the deposits, we don’t know the final rosters. The average gymnast fees are $700. Therefore, we require two meet fee payments of $350. Two weeks before States, you will receive a detailed statement listing each meet and entry fee, along with the Coach Support and AAPA Dues. Your statement will show that you either have a balance or refund due. The balance must be settled before your gymnast competes at States. If your account is not settled, your gymnast will not be eligible to compete in States.
The AAPA honors all county fee reductions. Please contact Ali Chen at [email protected] if this is your case and we will honor the same policy. If you are unable to make the 2 lump sum payments and would like to create a customized payment plan, please indicate so in the Payment Information section.
DYNAMITES: Standard meet fees DO NOT apply for your gymnast, but we ask that you pay the AAPA dues of $50, to support team social functions and coach support for your gymnasts. Please complete the payment contract above

Methods of Payment
Last year, the AAPA voted to accept Paypal transactions to eliminate paper checks and to offer parents the opportunity to pay for fees with a credit card. This is the preferred method of payment and we hope that this has been an improvement for you. Regardless of how you choose to pay, you will receive invoices from Paypal because it helps us track the payments.
-- PayPal. You will receive 2 invoices. Invoice #1 due October 16, 2016. Invoice #2 due November 30, 2016.
-- Check or money order. Make checks payable to “AAPA.” Once the check is received and deposited, we will update the Paypal invoice to reflect the payment. Any bounced checks will incur a $30 processing fee to cover bank fees and additional processing time.

Your daughter will not be allowed to compete in any meets until this balance has been paid or you work out a suitable payment plan with AAPA. Given how many years your daughter has put into gymnastics, we do not take this step lightly and it brings us no joy but the Team cannot function without families’ paying their dues and meet fees on time. You can pay via PayPal or by check. In either case, please contact AAPA ([email protected]) immediately and let us know how you will resolve this.
